Engagement Ring Shipping Policy

Our engagement ring shipping policy provides a clear and secure delivery process for every LAMOR&CO order. Each engagement ring is made to order, carefully inspected before shipment, and sent with free insured shipping within the United States.

What to Expect After You Order

Your ring is produced in the metal, gold color, and ring size selected at checkout. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production, quality control, and final microscope inspection. Once the ring is complete and ready to ship, tracking information is provided so you can follow the delivery.

Insured Shipping Within the United States

After your ring passes final inspection, it ships via free insured shipping within the United States to the delivery address provided with the order. Carrier delivery timing begins after the package is handed to the carrier; it does not include the 2–3-week made-to-order production period. Carrier delays can occasionally affect the actual delivery date.

Tracking and Secure Delivery

Because fine jewelry is a high-value shipment, delivery may require a signature, carrier verification, or another secure delivery step. Please monitor the tracking information and make arrangements for secure receipt of the package. If tracking shows a delay or delivery issue, contact LAMOR&CO so we can help review the shipment status with the carrier.

Shipping Address Changes

Please review the shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact LAMOR&CO as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed to the carrier, an address change may no longer be possible.

Where We Ship

LAMOR&CO currently accepts and ships orders only within the United States. International ordering and shipping are not available at this time.
