Your order is crafted to the selected specifications and individually inspected before shipping. The estimated total timeframe is approximately 2–3 calendar weeks after payment confirmation, including complimentary, fully insured FedEx Priority Overnight® delivery within the United States. An adult signature is required at delivery.

Complete information & terms
Every order is shipped complimentary via FedEx Priority Overnight®, fully insured from our atelier to your hands. For your security and peace of mind, an Adult Signature (21+) is strictly required upon delivery. Packages are never left unattended on doorsteps.
What to Expect After You Order
Once Shopify confirms your payment, production begins and takes approximately 2–3 weeks. When the completed ring arrives at our atelier, Mr. Mello performs the final inspection. After it passes inspection, your ring ships via complimentary, fully insured FedEx Priority Overnight®® service, with an adult signature (21+) required upon delivery.
Insured Shipping Within the United States
After your ring passes final inspection, it ships complimentary via FedEx Priority Overnight®, fully insured, to the delivery address provided with the order. The 2–3-week production period begins after Shopify confirms payment. Final inspection follows, then FedEx Priority Overnight®® shipping. Carrier delays can occasionally affect the actual delivery date.
Tracking and Secure Delivery
Tracking information is provided after shipment. An Adult Signature (21+) is strictly required upon delivery, and packages are never left unattended on doorsteps. Please monitor tracking and arrange for secure receipt. If tracking shows a delay or delivery issue, contact LAMOR&CO so we can help review the shipment status with FedEx.
Shipping Address Changes
Please review the shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact LAMOR&CO as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed to the carrier, an address change may no longer be possible.
Where We Ship
LAMOR&CO currently accepts and ships orders only within the United States. International ordering and shipping are not available at this time.
