Store Policies

These Store Policies apply to engagement-ring orders placed with LAMOR&CO. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about a product configuration or policy.

Product Configuration

Product prices are shown in U.S. dollars for the selected configuration. LAMOR&CO rings are available in solid 14K or 18K White, Yellow, or Rose Gold. Current pricing and available metal options are displayed with each product configuration. U.S. ring sizes are available from 3 through 12 in half-size increments. See the Ring Size Guide for the available size range.

Made-to-Order Production

Once Shopify confirms your payment, production begins and takes approximately 2–3 weeks. When the completed ring arrives at our atelier, Mr. Mello performs the final inspection. After it passes inspection, your ring ships via complimentary, fully insured FedEx Priority Overnight® service, with an adult signature (21+) required upon delivery.

Shipping

Every order is shipped complimentary via FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured from our atelier to your hands. For your security and peace of mind, an Adult Signature (21+) is strictly required upon delivery. Packages are never left unattended on doorsteps.

Orders are accepted and shipped only within the United States. After production, Mr. Mello performs the final inspection before the ring is shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight®. International ordering and shipping are not available at this time. Read the dedicated Shipping Policy.

Returns

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Carefully trying on a ring indoors to evaluate fit and appearance does not by itself make the ring ineligible. To qualify, the ring must be returned in its original condition, with original packaging and included certificates or documentation when applicable, and without signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration. Eligible U.S. returns receive one prepaid, insured return shipping label per order after authorization. Returned rings are inspected, including microscope inspection when appropriate. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; after the refund is issued, please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

The Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty applies to verified manufacturing and workmanship defects. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, improper care, or unauthorized repair or alteration. Read the complete Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty.
