These Store Policies apply to engagement-ring orders placed with LAMOR&CO. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about a product configuration or policy.

Product Configuration

Product prices are shown in U.S. dollars for the selected configuration. LAMOR&CO rings are available in solid 14K or 18K White, Yellow, or Rose Gold. Current pricing and available metal options are displayed with each product configuration. U.S. ring sizes are available from 3 through 12 in half-size increments. See the Ring Size Guide for the available size range.

Made-to-Order Production

Each ring is made to order in the selected metal, color, and size. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production, quality control, and final microscope inspection before shipment.

Shipping

Orders are accepted and shipped only within the United States. Once production and final inspection are complete, every ring ships via free insured shipping within the United States. Carrier delivery timing begins after shipment and does not include the 2–3-week production period. International ordering and shipping are not available at this time. Returns

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Carefully trying on a ring indoors to evaluate fit and appearance does not by itself make the ring ineligible. To qualify, the ring must be returned in its original condition, with original packaging and included certificates or documentation when applicable, and without signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration. Eligible U.S. returns receive one prepaid, insured return shipping label per order after authorization. Returned rings are inspected, including microscope inspection when appropriate. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; after the refund is issued, please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

The Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty applies to verified manufacturing and workmanship defects. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, improper care, or unauthorized repair or alteration. Read the complete Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty.
