These Terms of Service apply to use of lamoreco.com and orders placed with LAMOR&CO. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this website.

Products and Made-to-Order Jewelry

LAMOR&CO sells made-to-order lab-grown diamond engagement rings. Product pages describe available metal, color, size, diamond, production, shipping, return, and warranty information. Because rings are made to order, customers are responsible for reviewing selections carefully before checkout.

Diamond Certification

Every LAMOR&CO center diamond is IGI certified. The individual IGI grading report applies to the center diamond. Accent, halo, side, and pavé diamonds are not represented as having individual IGI grading reports unless specifically stated on the applicable product page.

Pricing and Availability

Displayed product prices are in U.S. dollars and reflect the selected product configuration. Current pricing, product options, availability, and applicable terms are shown with each product configuration. Prices and product information may be corrected if an error is discovered.

Orders

An order is subject to payment authorization, fraud review, production feasibility, and acceptance by LAMOR&CO. We may contact you if additional information is needed to process an order.

Shipping

Orders are currently accepted and shipped only within the United States. See the Shipping Policy for production time, insured shipping, and delivery details.

Returns

Eligible return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Made-to-order status by itself does not make a ring ineligible. A customer may carefully try on the ring indoors to evaluate fit and appearance, but returned jewelry must meet the condition requirements in the Return Policy, including original condition and no disqualifying wear, damage, misuse, or alteration. Original packaging and included certificates or documentation must be returned when applicable. Eligible U.S. returns receive one prepaid, insured return shipping label per order after authorization. Returned jewelry is subject to inspection, including microscope inspection when appropriate. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; after the refund is issued, please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. Warranty

Every ring includes a Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covering verified manufacturing workmanship defects. See the Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with store operations, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful activity.
