Questions Before You Order

If you need help comparing designs, include the ring name you are considering and, when possible, your preferred gold color, 14K or 18K choice, and U.S. ring size. We can also help clarify the diamond specifications shown on the product page.

Existing Orders

For the fastest assistance with an existing purchase, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Once Shopify confirms your payment, production begins and takes approximately 2–3 weeks. When the completed ring arrives at our atelier, Mr. Mello performs the final inspection. After it passes inspection, your ring ships via complimentary, fully insured FedEx Priority Overnight® service, with an adult signature (21+) required upon delivery.

What to Include in Your Message

For a pre-purchase question, include the ring model or models you are comparing and the details that matter most to you, such as center-diamond shape, approximate carat size, gold color, 14K or 18K preference, and ring size. If your question is about an existing order, include the order number and the email address used at checkout so the request can be matched correctly.

For security, do not send full payment-card details by email or text message. Payment information should be entered only through the secure checkout process.

Custom Design Questions

If you are considering a custom ring, use the custom ring request form to share inspiration images and your starting preferences. You do not need to have every detail decided before making the request; the information you provide gives the atelier a practical starting point for reviewing the design and preparing a personal quote.
